Product and API data
The authenticated application and API surfaces process operational information tied to tenant environments, user access, workflows, reports, audit activity, and integration traffic. That product data is governed within the deployed environment and by the access model attached to that environment.
Security posture
IBEX ONE is designed around narrower public boundaries: the website for public content, the app for authenticated product use, and the API for machine-facing integrations. That separation supports clearer origin controls, credential boundaries, and operational auditing.
Retention and operational records
Infrastructure, audit, and operational health records may be retained for security, compliance, reliability, and support purposes. Product-specific retention expectations should be reviewed within the environment where the platform is deployed.
